I’ve led transformation projects and solved customers’ problems across EHSQ, digital banking, digital identity, and publishing domains. I possess rich experience in both B2B SaaS and B2C product development. As an agile professional (PSPO I, PSM I, SAFe), I’ve coached teams in applying agile methodologies, finding the right approach for the unique business model, product, and organizational needs.

Versed in the application of AI tools in product management and experienced in building AI-powered solutions, I am passionate about the impact AI makes by enabling automation, saving time, and costs.     Gratify (B2B platform prototype)

    I have built a fully-fledged B2B prototype for HR Managers with replit called Gratify (using replit). Gratify enables HR managers to increase employee retention and satisfaction by offering a convenient way of distributing budget among people managers and employees to reward them for high performance. Gratify enables control and overview over the budget and a quick way for employees to redeem the reward budget into a voucher from a wide range of merchants.

  • First Iraqi Bank (B2B2C)

    Led the team of developers, designers, and QA engineers in developing a transaction, payments, and onboarding domain (KYC) of the first-ever digital bank in Iraq within 8 months. FIB serves thousands of customers, simplifying their finances, allowing for effortless budget management and money transfers.

    Led a mobile app development team integrating SDKs to transfer users' verified documents with eID and Foto-Ident. Developed, maintained, and optimized integrations with Verimi partners to transfer verified data in compliance with OAuth 2.0 and Open ID. Verimi serves customers by helping them conveniently manage their digital identity.

  • Berliner Zeitung (B2C)

    Modernized a webshop of the digital newspaper, by addressing customer and business needs based on data analysis, user interviews and market research. Revamped shop led to a significant bump in the paid subscriptions and higher user engagement with the articles.
